What material are the hats made of?
All our hats are handcrafted from high-quality, lightweight open-cell foam, making them durable, comfortable, and easy to wear for hours of celebration.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Since many of our items are handmade to order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
Do you offer custom designs for events?
Yes! We specialize in custom foam hats for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page for a personalized quote.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, standard items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized foam hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I store my foam party hat?
To maintain the shape and color, store your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it gets slightly squashed during travel, simply let it sit out to regain its original form.
Are your hats one-size-fits-all?
Most of our designs feature a flexible foam base that comfortably fits most adult head sizes. For children's sizes or specific fit concerns, please refer to the dimensions listed on each product page.
